Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware and utensils to ensure health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining area touchpoints
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to protect team members and guests
- Support kitchen operations by managing dishwashing tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- Assist with waste disposal and organization of dishwashing area
- Report maintenance issues to management as necessary
