- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other kitchenware
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishware
- Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines at all times
- Support set-up and cleanup duties in both interior and exterior areas of the restaurant
