Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other kitchenware
  • Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings to maintain safety and cleanliness
  • Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishware
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines at all times
  • Support set-up and cleanup duties in both interior and exterior areas of the restaurant
