Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- willingness to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve our guests
- demonstrate attention to detail when assisting in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests
- communicate effectively with others
- thrive in a fast-paced environment
- work well in collaboration with team members
- assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
