Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of all dishware and kitchen utensils
  • Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
  • Sort and organize dishes, pots, pans, and glassware
  • Dispose of waste and maintain sanitary conditions in waste disposal areas
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and cleaning tasks
  • Restock dishwashing supplies and kitchen necessities
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
