Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishware and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Sort and organize dishes, pots, pans, and glassware
- Dispose of waste and maintain sanitary conditions in waste disposal areas
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and cleaning tasks
- Restock dishwashing supplies and kitchen necessities
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
