Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Walk or stand for extended periods
Ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Display eagerness to learn new skills
Show excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Willingness to attend all required meetings and training sessions

Job Duties

Clean all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations
Work closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean
Ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils
Understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain detailed cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas
Take out trash, replace trash bags and wash trash cans
Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
