Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle physical aspects of the job including lifting and standing for long periods
- pass background check if required
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized, and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- handle dishwashing equipment properly and safely
- assist in transporting dishes to and from kitchen and dining areas
- monitor and restock dishwashing supplies
- comply with health and safety regulations
