Job Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers or by hand
Properly dispose of trash, recycling, and compost, and maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas
Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in their appropriate areas
Monitor the functionality of dishwashing machines and report any issues to the kitchen manager
Assist with basic food prep tasks like peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables when required
Follow all safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies
Adhere to all company guidelines and policies as outlined in the employee handbook
