Job Duties
- clean dishes and equipment used in the preparation and serving of events at Mayo Foundation House and Walters House
- coordinate with the manager and supervisors to maintain the dishroom and all related storage areas in an efficiently organized manner
- accurately count and label all dishware, glassware, and silverware needed for setting upcoming events
- ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the dishroom
- assist with inventory management and stock monitoring for dishroom supplies
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- support team members with additional tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth event operations
