Job Requirements

  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping
  • Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies
  • Ensure the availability of clean servicewares by washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware according to Hogsalt standards
  • Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including machines, appliances, floors, garbage cans, storage areas
  • Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, mixers
  • Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking all kitchen stations with necessary supplies
  • Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues to leadership
  • Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with additional tasks as requested by leadership
