Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Motivated self-starter with excellent standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varied temperature conditions
- Willingness to follow health department regulations and restaurant cleanliness standards
- Ability to communicate kitchen-related issues to management
- Flexibility to perform additional back-of-house duties as needed

Job Duties
- Responsible for organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of the dishes and glassware, dish area, and related machinery per health department regulations and restaurant cleanliness standards
- Wash, sanitize, and organize small wares, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dish service area, and storage areas
- Restock kitchen supplies and notify management when running low on inventory
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant and restrooms
- sweep and clean floors
- Sort and remove trash and clean garbage cans
- Help unload deliveries and store supplies
- Restock supplies throughout the restaurant as needed
- Assist with the proper opening and closing of the restaurant
- Perform related work as requested
- Assist with prep work
- Ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality
- Communicate with the chef and/or manager on duty about all kitchen-related issues
- Assist the team as needed
