Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
Ability to work well in a team setting
Strong physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods
Capable of following directions and multitasking
Reliable and punctual
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Able to execute the cleaning of dishes and cookware during service
Light prep work to include peeling vegetables, portioning by weight
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Assist kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Support team by communicating effectively and responding to directions
Handle high volume work efficiently during peak hours
