Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the age of hire unless otherwise required by state law
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs for short distances
- Ability to work with hot water and in elevated temperature areas
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels
- Effective communication skills with managers and team members
- Support other back of house functions as needed
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Arrive on time in full uniform and ready to work
- Work directly with team members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas
- Work closely with team members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed
- Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from front and back of house areas
- Ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders
- Re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members
- Provide support to cooks as needed including occasional station assignments
- Communicate with fellow team members and management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas including sweeping and mopping
- Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness including trash removal
- Complete running and end-of-shift side work
- Notify management immediately of any potential problems or issues
