- Ability to work full time with varying shifts including day and evening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Basic physical ability to perform dishwashing and cleaning duties

- Previous experience helpful but not necessary
Job Duties
- Clean dishes and equipment used in the preparation and serving of events at Mayo Foundation House and Walters House
- Coordinate with the manager and supervisors to maintain the dishroom and all related storage areas in an efficiently organized manner
- Accurately count and label all dishware, glassware, and silverware needed for setting upcoming events
