Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards within the kitchen and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operation
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain its cleanliness
- Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently
