Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

ability to lift up to 50 pounds
understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities
wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
store and rotate food and supplies according to safety guidelines
complete janitorial duties in dining room, restrooms, and other service areas
operate cleaning equipment following safety standards
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
assist kitchen staff as needed
