Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform washing duties and stand for extended periods
  • attention to detail in sanitation and cleanliness
  • ability to follow food safety guidelines and procedures
  • good communication skills
  • prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling
  • monitoring dishwashing machines for proper operation
  • restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed
  • assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as assigned
  • adhering to all health and safety regulations
