Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform washing duties and stand for extended periods
- attention to detail in sanitation and cleanliness
- ability to follow food safety guidelines and procedures
- good communication skills
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils
- maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling
- monitoring dishwashing machines for proper operation
- restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed
- assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as assigned
- adhering to all health and safety regulations
