Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings
- Ensure all dishware and kitchen equipment meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Support set-up, operation, and cleanup of interior and exterior restaurant areas
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team and guests
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
