Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work full-time or part-time
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Willingness to follow safety and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen cleaner role is beneficial
Knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
Ability to operate and learn automated dishwashing systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

Operate automated dishwashing equipment efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
Organize and manage dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely dish and utensil availability
Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness including floors and waste areas
Monitor and report any maintenance issues with dishwashing machines
Support team members with additional tasks as needed
