Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with restaurant guidelines
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
