Job Duties

Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools, dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and dishwashing areas
Handle trash and recycling according to hotel and local guidelines
Maintain all dishwashing equipment in good working order and report any issues to management
Organize and store cleaned items properly and safely
Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties and follow all sanitation and safety procedures
