Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- assist with trash removal and kitchen organization
- follow safety and sanitation protocols
- support kitchen team with other basic food preparation tasks as needed
- report any equipment maintenance issues timely
