Job Requirements

Must have 1+ years experience in a high-volume food production environment
must have active food handler s certification with the applicable state agency
must be able to execute light lifting up to 50 lbs
must be able to stand in one place for extended periods
must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment with equipment including oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, fryer, steamer, mixer, chefs knives
must be able to work in an environment with frequent exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and cleaning solutions
must demonstrate ability to move with caution and operate safely in a busy and sometimes loud environment

Job Qualifications

1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
excellent written and verbal communication skills
schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
being a cinephile is a plus

Job Duties

Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company s core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
maintains the highest safety standards and follows all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
cleans, preps, organizes and maintains kitchen and dishwashing areas as needed and assigned
ensures that all dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. are cleaned and sanitized quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly to support the flow of food and drinks from the kitchen to the guests
utilizes tools such as measuring cups, spoons, scales, and other tools required by Alamo kitchen operation s protocols for all preparations
follows cleaning schedules, prep-lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems used to control food waste, production, and quality
communicates needs, concerns, and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
supports the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
