Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to lift 25-50 pounds
capability to maintain fast-paced physical activity for up to 8 hours
knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
strong teamwork and communication skills
physical ability to perform repetitive motions involving bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and stretching

knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
physical stamina for fast-paced mobility
ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties

clean dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils used throughout the shift
help put away deliveries
keep the dishwasher in good working order
set up the three compartment sink for hand washing equipment
be knowledgeable of cleaning chemicals used at each stage of the process
sweep and mop floors as needed
keep open communication with team members
