Job Requirements

  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • focusing on the team and guests in all decisions
  • following all cleanliness and safety protocols
