- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- basic understanding of cleaning practices and dishwashing machinery use
- reliable and punctual
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications

- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen floors
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently following safety protocols
- ensure guest and team member touch points are sanitized regularly
- manage waste disposal and recycling tasks
- assist kitchen staff with additional cleaning duties as required
- adhere to health and safety standards and company policies
