Job Duties
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean dishes, utensils, and equipment are always available
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment efficiently, ensuring spotless readiness for next use
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen by properly storing dishes and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly
- Assist the culinary team by unloading deliveries and performing other tasks as needed
- Adhere to sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and compliant kitchen environment
