Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • State Food Handler’s License(s)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial dishwashing or similar kitchen roles preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques
  • Possession of State Food Handler's License or willingness to obtain
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of cleaning supplies
  • Removes trash, compost, and recyclables to appropriate receptacles
  • Works flexibly and efficiently under pressure
  • Adheres to health and safety standards including State Food Handler's License requirements
