  • able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • able to hear, understand and respond in a loud environment
  • able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout shift

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized station
  • sweep and clean line floor, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • wash dishes and dry them according to Health Code regulations
  • assist service staff to fulfill guest requests
  • escalate issues to management and resolve problems constructively
  • communicate well with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
  • adhere to health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
  • follow manager directions throughout a shift
