- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- able to hear, understand and respond in a loud environment
- able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout shift

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- sweep and clean line floor, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- wash dishes and dry them according to Health Code regulations
- assist service staff to fulfill guest requests
- escalate issues to management and resolve problems constructively
- communicate well with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
- adhere to health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
- follow manager directions throughout a shift
