Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for prolonged periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety procedures
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is helpful but not required
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good physical stamina for standing and lifting
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures

Job Duties

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
Maintain kitchen cleanliness including floors and work areas
Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment properly
Assist in waste disposal and recycling as needed
Support kitchen staff with other tasks as directed
Ensure all dishwashing equipment is cleaned and maintained
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
