Job Requirements
- must pass a Level 2 federal background check
- show proof of valid U.S. work authorization
- ability to pass physical requirements of the job
- availability to work full-time shifts
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as necessary
Job Duties
- keep dishes clean and ready to use
- help set up for meal service in the dining room and keep the bistro well stocked
- communicate with the Dining Director to ensure cleaning schedules are up to date and all supplies are available
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
- assist with overall cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
