Job Duties

Ensure proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room
Clean all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for kitchen staff
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
Stock all items throughout the shift
Complete side work including sweeping, mopping, removing trash
Perform housekeeping and kitchen prep tasks as assigned
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operation
