Job Duties

wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly and efficiently
maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
assist with basic prep tasks, including juicing fresh ingredients for the bar
take out trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed
monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
support the service and kitchen teams as needed to keep operations running smoothly
