Job Duties
- Ensure station readiness at scheduled time in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized work steps
- Adhere 100 percent to recipe knowledge during preparation
- Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Complete productivity targets in quality and quantity
- Practice strong organizational skills and stock supplies before rush
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Ensure safe working environment following OSHA guidelines
- Handle safe food preparation practices
- Receive, rotate, and stock food supplies
- Provide preparation support as needed
