Job Requirements

Weekend and holiday availability is required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment according to health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
Operate industrial dishwashing machines
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely supply of clean dishes
Follow proper sanitation procedures
Handle waste disposal and recycling responsibly
Support other team members as needed
