Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and other dining equipment
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure all guest and team member touch points are cleaned regularly
- follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- assist kitchen staff with organizing and storing clean dishes
- participate in ongoing training and skills development
- support team members to maintain a smooth workflow
