Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with basic prep tasks, including juicing fresh ingredients for the bar
- Take out trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Support the service and kitchen teams as needed to keep operations running smoothly
