Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to follow health and safety standards
ability to perform physical tasks required in kitchen and cleaning duties
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
ability to communicate clearly with team members and management
prior experience in dishwashing preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to communicate effectively with team members
reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

Maintains Intown Golf Club standards in cleanliness organization and waste management
know and follow all applicable state and county food safety and health department standards
responsible for thorough dishwasher station set-up operation and breakdown
keeps kitchen stocked with clean pots and pans and front of house with clean china silver and glass
polishes silverware and glassware
removes all restaurant and event trash and waste oil to proper containers
maintains clean dish area and equipment clean and dry floors clean dumpster pad and waste oil areas and clean and tidy loading area
completes all assigned opening closing duration and weekly cleaning projects
performs food preparation tasks upon request
performs garbage removal for offices and day cleaning duties assisting with front of house cleaning and back of house deep cleaning
consistently checks out with a manager at the end of the shift
communicates honestly and openly with staff managers and owners
