Job Requirements
- Three months prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
- Culinary degree or certification(s) recommended
- Positive attitude
- Professional demeanor
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting heavy items
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Three months prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
- Culinary degree/certification(s) or relevant on-job experience recommended

- Ability to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Additional languages preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, walking, moving for prolonged periods, and lifting items over fifty pounds
Job Duties
- Maintain sanitation standards in all kitchen work areas by cleaning dishes and kitchen work areas, sweeping kitchen work areas, and removing trash
- Provide clean cooking utensils for the F&B operations and ensure that all utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and correctly stored in the designated areas
- Maintain safety, proper storage of chemicals, and chemical concentration logs
- Daily set ups of china, glassware, and silverware items for all outlets
- Participate as a team player with other key team members
- Attend department briefings as necessary to communicate necessary information
- Completion of all opening/closing procedures as instructed
- Assist with execution of departmental objectives and goals
- Monitoring inventory levels through regular inventory checks
- Maintain all equipment and be sure it is properly handled and maintained
- Clean and maintain floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order
- Wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the Executive Chef
- Always maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company policy and procedures
- Comply with all government, safety, health, and security standards through the department at all times
- Perform any other duties as assigned
