Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
- sweep, mop, and clean floors and remove garbage to designated areas
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
