Job Requirements
- must have open availability including weekends
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
- reliable transportation or willingness to commute
- legal authorization to work
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils efficiently and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist with general utility tasks as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- stock and organize supplies
- manage waste and recycling in designated areas
