Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Willingness to work as part of a team
Previous dishwashing experience is a plus

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve our guests
Demonstrate attention to detail when assisting in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests
Communicate effectively with others
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work well in collaboration with team
