Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- effective communication skills
- must be physically capable of performing the duties
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Wash dishes and operate dishwasher and triple sink to specifications to clean all chinaware, flatware, and cooking utensils
- scrub pots and pans
- perform cleaning duties including mopping and removing trash
- clean the dish pit at the end of each shift including mopping floor and cleaning out dish machine
- perform other duties as assigned including occasional minor food prep
