Job Requirements
- Minimum of an eighth-grade education
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Customer-focused approach to responsibilities
- Prior food service experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
- Ability to fulfill all facility hiring practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Physically fit as determined by a physical exam
- Must be non-allergic to foods, detergents, and cleaning compounds

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, and silverware
- Wash pots, pans, and processing equipment, ensuring proper storage after cleaning
- Clean and sanitize dishwashing equipment, dishroom, and food service areas
- Maintain sanitary conditions in food preparation and delivery equipment
- Assist with meal service for residents and staff as assigned
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform other duties as needed to support kitchen operations
