Job Requirements

  • ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • open availability for varying shifts including days and hours

Job Duties

  • Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
  • wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
  • sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas
  • wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
  • transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
