Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work any shift with open availability
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to follow safety and health regulations
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Wash dishes and pots by hand or machine and polish silverware
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
  • Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
