Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
- flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to follow detailed instructions and work within regulatory guidelines
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes
- must be able to work around moving parts equipment and wet floors
- must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
- must be able to walk stoop bend stand for entire work shift
- must be able to work a hot and cold environment
- must be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push heavy loads using rolling stock
- must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights weekends and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding
Job Duties
- clean and organize dishes glassware trolleys trays and other airline equipment in a timely manner
- maintain sanitation standards in accordance with company policy and usda fda haccp regulations
- receive and sort items for catering carts
- work around moving parts equipment and wet floors safely
- lift up to 30 lbs or push heavy loads using rolling stock
- perform other duties assigned by management as needed
- adapt to frequent changes and work in a 24/7 environment including nights weekends and holidays
