Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of retail counting and reconciliation of money
- Knowledge of food service
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Depending on location, may be required to obtain ServSafe certification within a designated time frame
- Depending on location, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Monitor and record proper temperature of food
- Set up and maintain clean and sanitized serving area
- Prepare and serve food items
- Restock food areas
- Clean and sanitize equipment
- Receive payment for food and beverages using computerized register
- Comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
