Job Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift
- able to stand, bend, reach, and stoop for long periods in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment
- comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and commercial dish machines

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all plateware, silverware, glassware, cookware, and kitchen tools
- operate and maintain the dish machine
- assemble and break it down daily
- wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen items in designated areas
- keep dish station, pot sink, and utility areas clean and organized throughout the shift
- remove garbage, recycling, and food waste to designated disposal areas
- clean kitchen equipment, refrigerators, walls, floors, and workstations as scheduled or assigned
- assist with receiving and putting away deliveries, ensuring proper FIFO rotation
- perform minor food prep tasks such as peeling, portioning, or organizing mise en place as needed
- take out and replace dirty linen and maintain clean towel supply
