Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work early morning and midday shifts
- physical ability to bend, reach, stand, and lift for long durations
- ability to work in hot, wet, and noisy environments
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- load, run, and unload dish machine
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- maintain all safety standards
- work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
- lift, reach, bend, and stoop as required
- stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
