Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Physical strength to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to work days only
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish room
Job Qualifications
- No restaurant experience needed
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
- Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment
- Basic understanding of safety standards
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Load, run, and unload dish machine
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- Maintain all safety standards
- Work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
- Lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
